
Ingredients: 2 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour,
1 cup unbleached All Purpose Flour
1 cup toasted Pecans, roughly chopped
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 tsp fine Sea salt
3-4 ripe bananas (enough to make 2 cups)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup pure Maple Syrup
4 tsp Vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Grease 9x13 inch loaf pan
3. Mash together the bananas first and add the wet ingredients to mashed bananas then
stir until well blended. In another bowl mix together the dry ingredients and then fold the dry
ingredients into wet ingredients, add the nuts and then add the mixture to loaf pan and bake
for 1 hour at 350, and after that add a smile come back and share the taste... enjoy.
