This Is a wonderful healthy taste good soup, that is so beneficial for someone who is sick or someone who wants to enjoy a healthy soup, especially on a cold or rainy day.


5 c thinly sliced onions

1 Tbl olive oil

8 c water

3 Tbl country style seasoning

½ c soy sauce

2 Tbl onion powder

 1/8 tsp sea salt

1 Tbl basil


 In pot, sauté the onions in oil, and in a small bowl whisk together the country style seasoning with ½ c of water measurement.  Add rest of water and the remaining ingredients to the pot and bring it to a boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer until onions are cooked.


8 c of bread cubed
1/3 c warm water
2 Tbl olive oil
1 Tbl onion powder
1 Tbl garlic powder 1 ½ tsp oregano
1 Tbl basil 1/8 tsp sea salt

Lay the bread cubes on a cookie sheet and let it dry in a 250 degree temp. oven for 1 ½ hrs. Then place it in a bowl. Next put the remaining ingredients into small bowl and whisk it together well. Pour over the croutons and mix them together, and enjoy.
