Ingredients:
2 Lemons
Cayenne pepper
1 Ginger
Honey Garlic
Peppermint Oil / clove oil
Directions:
Take 2 freshly squeezed lemons, with 1/4 tsp. of cayenne pepper, 1 thumb size piece of ginger, 3 large pieces of garlic, add a few drops (2 or 3) of peppermint oil or clove oil sweetened with honey to taste. Blend all ingredients until it becomes smooth and take 1 tsp. as needed throughout the day,
