HOW TO MAKE VEGAN DECADENT PANCAKES

How about lowering the cholesterol and still having a

taste good breakfast... without adding fat, this type of

pancakes will definitely show you how its done.







Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
Nutmeg
1/4 cup dark chocolate vegan chips
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1 cup almond milk


Directions:

Mash 2 ripe bananas and add 1 1/4 cup of whole wheat flower, 2 tsp baking powder, 1tsp

vanilla, a pinch of nutmeg, 1/4 cup dark chocolate vegan chips, 1/4 cup coconut flakes, 1

cup almond milk. Cook batter on a well oiled griddle Yields 12-14 pancakes No need for

syrup, and enjoy.
