Lentil Roast



Learn how to do things differently when making lentils,

packed with protein and an amazing taste.



Ingredients:



1 ½ c cooked lentils

1 c almond milk
¼ cup extra light olive oil

½ c onion, chopped
½ c pecan meal
1 tsp garlic powder
1 ½ c cornflakes
sea salt to taste

Directions: Mix and put in oiled casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 45 mins. Roast can be topped with

ketchup, gravy or just have it plane. Serves 6.
