An Island Ting


Ingredients
Dry Coconut
Green Coconut
Onions
Garlic
Black beans
Pumpkin Rice
Cabbage
Tomato
Sweet pepper
Cucumber
Sour Sap Juice
Banana Bread

Directions
The directions will be based on the food inside the dish, anything else you can ask by email for the recipe. First split the green coconut in half and scrape the jelly out. Next take the dry coconut out of its shell, cut in pieces and place them into a blender and add a cup of water and blend. After blending strain the coconut to get the milk out. place 2  cups of black beans into a pot with 3 cups of water let it cook for 30 minutes and then pour a half cup of coconut milk onto the beans. Slice thinly sweet pepper, onions, and tomato and then pouring it into the pot of beans, let it cook for 5-10 minutes and add salt for taste. bring to boil two cups of water add salt to taste, diced pumpkin and add to boiling water  cook  for 5 minutes, wash two cups of rice to the pot and let it cook for 10-20 minutes and then serve. place the green coconut shell on a cabbage leaf, slice cucumber and tomato place it on a plate. put pumpkin rice in coconut shell then black beans on the side and enjoy.
