SIlver Bullet Sore Throat Relief

 
A quick relief for a sore throat, avoiding a doctor and a pharmacy, keeping your money and help saving your time.

Ingredients:
2 Lemons
Cayenne pepper
1 Ginger
Honey Garlic
Peppermint Oil / clove oil

Directions:
Take 2 freshly squeezed lemons, with 1/4 tsp. of cayenne pepper, 1 thumb size piece of ginger, 3 large pieces of garlic, add a few drops (2 or 3) of peppermint oil or clove oil sweetened with honey to taste. Gathering Time



How many times have you ate a healthy meal and can actually admit that you enjoyed it?

Ingredients:

1 large onion sliced
1/2 red bell pepper sliced
1/2 yellow bell pepper sliced
1/2 green bell pepper sliced
I head of broccoli separated
Small of ginger grated
4 cloves of garlic chopped
Basil leaves chopped
3 stalks of Scallion chopped
2 cups vegetable stock
Two tablespoons coconut milk
2 tablespoons Asian  Thai curry


Directions:

In a frying pan, saute onions until it becomes translucent in coconut oil. Next add peppers, ginger, garlic vegetable stock, Then add asian Thai curry cover and coconut milk cook for 5 minutes
Then add broccoli and scallion and basil...cook for another five minutes..then enjoy with brown rice.
You can enjoy this dish with tofu or any meat substitute that you like.

Keys To A Small Waist

I have worked with her for less than 2 months.
 
Lets not deceive ourselves, while many are in the gym for months working hard they still maintain the same physical structure... especially in the waist. Let's face it, if muscle is tissue that is developed by food an exercise, and fat is composed from what we eat, how we eat, and when we eat, then why don't we work from the inside out. There will be seen faster, better and more affective results.
 
Although this site already informs us on what we eat, what is also of importance is how we eat.
For example here are a few do's and do not to eat when pertaining to abdominal fat.

                        3. Coconut (oil, milk, water, flour)                         3. Alcohol
 
Those are a few examples that will help to alter a size or 2, but it should be done with consistency.
Another important agent to weight loss is in the way we chew, and this is found to be affective in 10 out of 9 individuals (that's right 10 out of 9). If we increase the amount of chews we make for each mouthful this will break down the food into smaller particles allowing the body to decompose of it faster (liquids pass through our system quickly). It also helps prevent us from over-eating as the extra chewing would send signals throughout the body that we are eating more as we chew. Following these steps will only enhance the workouts that will be provided to have a smaller waist in a short period of time. I have many clients and friends that can testify with their results.

An Island Ting


Ingredients
Dry Coconut
Green Coconut
Onions
Garlic
Black beans
Pumpkin Rice
Cabbage
Tomato
Sweet pepper
Cucumber
Sour Sap Juice
Banana Bread

Directions
The directions will be based on the food inside the dish, anything else you can ask by email for the recipe. First split the green coconut in half and scrape the jelly out. Next take the dry coconut out of its shell, cut in pieces and place them into a blender and add a cup of water and blend. After blending strain the coconut to get the milk out. place 2  cups of black beans into a pot with 3 cups of water let it cook for 30 minutes and then pour a half cup of coconut milk onto the beans. Slice thinly sweet pepper, onions, and tomato and then pouring it into the pot of beans, let it cook for 5-10 minutes and add salt for taste. bring to boil two cups of water add salt to taste, diced pumpkin and add to boiling water  cook  for 5 minutes, wash two cups of rice to the pot and let it cook for 10-20 minutes and then serve. place the green coconut shell on a cabbage leaf, slice cucumber and tomato place it on a plate. put pumpkin rice in coconut shell then black beans on the side and enjoy.
